Collected Information and its Usage

Haystack gathers details during the signup process including but not limited to customer name, email address and encrypted haystack password. This information is used by haystack to allow user contact, identification and authentication.

Haystack also stores information which the custumer chooses to provide concerning their own practice: including but not limited to practice address, details of clients and patients, consultation and billing details. This information is stored solely for use by the custumer as part of a practice database service.

Custumers paying by PayPal are required to have their own account. Haystack receives from PayPal a notification that a recurring payment profile has been set up by a custumer with PayPal. This notification contains PayPal account holder's first and last name, country of residence (as given to PayPal by PayPal account holder) and time, amount and currency of payments. This information is necessary to maintain the customers account status with Haystack.

Data concerning website usage and flow is collected using Google Analytics (Google Inc.) or similar tracking software. This is used purely to improve user experience for example with regard to page loading times and other aspects of workflow.

These data are not shared with anyone.
Except when It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about the custumer if 2Ploughs AB is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, 2Ploughs AB will notify the custumer before such information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Storage

Third party vendors and hosting partners are used by the platform to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the service. Haystack owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application. The custumers retains all rights to their data.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. They are required to use the Haystack service and are used record current session information. Cookies on Haystack expire if not used for a certain period. The service will then require a fresh login so that cookies can be recreated and the service can function.

Changes to this Policy

Haystack may periodically update this policy. We will notify the customer about significant changes in the way personal information is treated by sending a notice to the primary email address specified during sign up or by placing a prominent notice on the users application. The customer retains the right to access, amend, correct or delete personal information at any time. This can be done via the web interface. Deleting all practice data requires that the primary account holder contacts info@haystack.com and provides necessary authentication.
